- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never been to a dentists office that was so unsanitary and nonprofessional in my entire life. The kitchen that you walk by to get to the exam room had a sink overflowing with dishes and you could smell them down the hall. The floors were covered in dirt and grime, the equipment looked like it had not even been cleaned let alone sterilized. The receptionists/dental assistant after taking my x-ray(without me having a lead apron on) proceeded to clean the counter-tops and floor with her gloves on and then started getting the equipment that goes in my mouth ready without ever changing gloves! While she did all this she had several personal conversations on her cellphone. I finally had enough and when I met the dentist I asked how much just an x-ray was and informed him that there was no way I would ever have dental work done there and why. The receptionist followed me out of the room yelling at me and when I got to the front desk I asked how much it would be and she proceeded to insult me repeatedly and told me they would not charge me at all. The only reason I am writing this review is because there sign says kids care dental and there forms say that parents can not come back to the exam rooms with the kids. I wouldn't want my children to experience what I did and all I had was an x-ray.January 08, 2017by A Google User
